PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a service from being repudiated by fraudulently altered information by automatically discriminating the opposite person who is serviceable on the basis of time information and preventing transaction information from being fraudulently altered. SOLUTION: In this data communication system, a client 31 makes a client request 33 of a server 32, compares the client's time information with the server's time information and returns to the server client response 25 showing the existence/absence of the conformance of a comparison result with profile information from the server. The server 32 returns to the client the server's time information and server response (1)34 as profile information showing a data communication message, compares the server's time information with the client's time information and returns to the client server response (2)36 showing the existence/absence of the conformance of a comparison result with the client response 35.
