PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail hole repairing method of a sleeper for providing sufficient strength while efficiently performing in a short time. SOLUTION: This nail hole repairing method comprises a process of extracting a fastening member for fixing a rail from an existing sleeper 10 or a fastening member for fixing a tie plate 12 for supporting the rail, a process of boring a prepared hole 18 deeper than an existing hole 17 by digging down the existing hole 17 of extracting the fastening member, a process of embedding plug members 19 and 21 of applying or impregnating an adhesive 20 to or into the bored prepared hole 18 and a process of injecting and hardening a filler 20 into the prepared hole 18.
