摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-repetition-rate femtsecond regenerative amplification system. SOLUTION: The system includes: a laser oscillator emitting pulses, a stretcher stretching the widths of the pulses, an acoustooptic modulator for pulse switching, a pulsed laser that pumps a gain medium, a resonator that reciprocates the pulses between a plurality of mirrors, and at least one chirped mirror for giving negative dispersion. Further, the system is provided with a generative amplifier that amplifies the pulses, and a compressor that compresses the pulses. These components allow the high-repetition-rate femtsecond regenerative amplification system of 100 kHz class to improve an output energy from the existing severalμJ or less to several tensμJ.
