<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber sheet that suppresses deterioration of optical fiber characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical fiber sheet 10, an optical fiber 17 is coiled in a ring shape and fixed on a substrate 11, with the optical fiber bundle 15 tied up with binding materials 19, 19, .... One part of each binding material 19 is in contact with and adhered to the other part of the binding material 19.
