<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly perform toll processing when communication with an in-vehicle device is not normally performed in an ETC dedicated lane. <P>SOLUTION: This ETC card processing system has card processors disposed roadsides of a plurality of lanes of a tollgate of a toll road. The card processor performs reading/writing processing to an ETC card inserted in an insertion port. Read information is transmitted to a tollgate office. A manned booth of the tollgate is installed with a lane selection device having a selection button for selecting one of the plurality of card processors.
