BRAZING SHEET, HEAT EXCHANGER USING IT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing sheet that can suppress acceleration of corrosion caused by Si in the brazing material, a heat exchanger using it and a manufacturing method of the heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In a brazing sheet having a sacrificial corrosion layer 113 between a core material 111 and a brazing material layer 112, Mn is added in the brazing material layer 112 made of Al-Si alloy containing 4.0-15% Si. An added amount of Mn is 0.1-2.0 mass%. The core material 111 is composed of Al-Mn alloy that has higher electric potential than the brazing material layer 112. Furthermore, after brazing the brazing sheet annealing treatment is applied at 350-450°C for 120 minutes or less. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
