PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation convenience of task link processing system by allowing flow information for defining linkage of tasks to be automatically updated in accordance with the task update. SOLUTION: The information processing method for managing the flow information which defines the linkage processing by a plurality of tasks acquires update information indicating a task to be updated and the task configuration after updating the task and detects from registered flow information task information corresponding to the task to be updated that is indicated by the update information. Then, the method updates the flow information by adding the information indicating the task configuration after update indicated in the upgrade information while relating the information indicating the task configuration after update to the detected task information.
