The simultaneity control method includes the steps of: if a transaction start processing is requested, checking whether relations to be used are seized by other transactions; if they are seized, sending a start processing failure message; if they are not seized, drawing up a lock list and performing locking; checking whether the locking processing results are all sucessful; if there are any failure, transmitting a failure message; if they are all sucessful, registering a list of the seizing relations in a transaction information table and transmitting a sucess message for the transaction start processing request; if a transaction end processing is requested, erasing the list of the relations from the trasaction information table, thereby improving the efficiency of a system.
