A heating system is disclosed for flowing substances in a liquid or gaseous state; such system comprises at least one heating sheath made of flexible and electrically insulating material, comprising inside it an electrically resisting material forming at least one electrically closed circuit adapted to inductively heat the flowing substance due to Joule effect; and electric supply means of the electrically closed circuit.
