摘要

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein dotiertes organisches Halbleitermaterial umfassend mindestens ein organisches Matrixmaterial, das mit mindestens einem Dotanden dotiert ist, wobei das Matrixmaterial ausgewählt ist aus einer Gruppe bestehend aus bestimmten Phenanthrolin-Derivaten; sowie eine organische Leuchtdiode, die ein solches Halbleitermaterial umfaßt.
