The device has an air compression spinning wheel (300) disposed in a downstream of a high pressure turbine disk (210D) for assisting circulation of air in an air ventilation system (F) of a low pressure turbine (230). The spinning wheel has a set of holes (303) for passage of bolts (303`) mounting the spinning wheel on a flange (210B). An annular portion (305) including radial blades (307) cooperates with a fixed wall (222) to form a centrifugal air compressing unit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a turboshaft engine including a ventilation device (2) an air compression spinning wheel for a ventilation device.
