The device has a vibration generator (1) that is activated during the operation of an electrical heating unit (2) and provided for producing vibrations of predetermined frequency in water to be warmed, where the sensor is activated by using electrical current. The vibration generator stays in effective connection with the heating unit, where the heating unit is displaced in the vibrations produced by the generator. The generator is arranged on outer side of the water area and used as a function unit.
