<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force controller for securing safety when an accelerator opening sensor breaks down. <P>SOLUTION: This driving force controller for vehicle is provided with first and second accelerator opening sensor abnormality detecting parts 30 respectively installed in a driving force control means 10 and an engine control means 5 for detecting the abnormality of an accelerator opening sensor 3 and a driving force correcting means 50 for correcting target driving force according to the combination of the detection results of the first and second accelerator opening sensor abnormality detecting parts. When the abnormality of the accelerator opening sensor is detected by both the first and second accelerator opening sensor abnormality detecting parts, the target driving force is corrected so that the speed of the vehicle in abnormality detection can be maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
