<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of making multimedia music contents appropriate for delivery to a mobile terminal, such as a mobil phone while diverting existing musical piece data. <P>SOLUTION: The existing musical piece data Dt1 with lyrics including playing information indicated by an event sequence and display information is supplied to audio and animation image generating means BR1, BR2. The audio generating means BR1supplies the playing information of the musical piece data Dt1 sequentially to a sound source, captures music signals from the sound source and generates an audio file Dt2 indicating the playing sound by the playing information with waveform data. The animation image generating means BR2 generates a silent animation image file Dt4 indicating the musical scores successively displayed in correspondence to playing progression.
