<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet for display capable of improving workability upon production and improving the quality. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical sheet 30 for display, a first diffusion sheet 12 is stacked on the back surface of a lens sheet 14 where convex lenses formed in uniaxial direction are adjacently arrayed over almost all surface, a second diffusion sheet 18 is stacked on the surface of the same, and the lens sheet and the first and second diffusion sheets are joined on at least one part of the periphery.
