PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a claw-pole type motor capable of facilitating to perform appropriate control. SOLUTION: Two stator rings, a U-phase stator ring and a W-phase stator ring are disposed at both ends in an axial direction in relation to respective claw-shaped induction poles 42, 52 and 62 which are sequentially arranged along the circumferential direction inside the surface around an axial line. The interval Kc in the circumferential direction between the respective claw-shaped induction poles 42 and 62 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the two stator rings is set narrower than the other intervals Kb, in the circumferential direction between the respective claw-shaped induction poles 42 and 52 adjacent to each other and between the respective claw-shaped induction poles 52 and 62 adjacent to each other.
