PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid fuel reformer for liquid fuel and the like exerting a synergistic effect of function possessed by ceramics, more activating liquid fuel and gas fuel, reducing a fuel consumption of the fluid fuel and easy for attachment of the fuel reformer even when a flow path for the liquid fuel or gas fuel is disposed at a narrow portion since the fluid fuel reformer itself has flexibility. SOLUTION: The fluid fuel reformer for liquid fuel and the like has burned ceramic spheres containing radioactive rare-earth ore powder and burned ceramic spheres containing tourmaline powder, which are filled in a tube disposed in the middle of the fluid fuel supply path for the liquid fuel and the like before supply to an internal combustion engine.
