FIELD: automotive industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to suspensions of trucks, particularly, to device for fastening leaf spring to support. Proposed device contains U-bolts enclosing spring, and cover plates installed between spring and U-bolts which are fixed by recesses of cover plate enclosing projections of spring upper leaf to prevent separation. Said projections of upper leaf of spring from side of cover plate and its recesses located opposite to projections are displaced from vertical axis of symmetry of U-bolt legs towards middle part of spring between vertical axes of symmetry of U-bolt legs. Surface of cover plate pointed to surface of spring upper leaf is made to radius whose center is displaced from vertical axes of symmetry of U-bolt legs to side far from vertical axis of symmetry of cover plate recess so that line of contact of cover plate surface and surface of upper leaf of spring should coincide with plane passing through vertical axes of symmetry of U-bolt legs. ^ EFFECT: increased service life of leaf spring. ^ 1 dwg |
