<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with easier and various operation systems. <P>SOLUTION: An operation part 100 inputs an analog value corresponding to the operation of a user. An area specification determination part 101 determines whether or not the analog value inputted from the operation part 100 for inputting the analog value corresponding to the operation of the user enters a predetermined range. A state measurement part 102 measures the number of times that the analog value enters the range in a predetermined period. An event generation part 103 generates an event corresponding to the range and the number of times.
