PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electromagnetic flowmeter manufactured more easily than conventional one. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic flowmeter is easily manufactured by the manufacturing method for the electromagnetic flowmeter than the conventional one, because difficult work required in the conventional method of inserting detecting electrodes 33, 33 into electrode insertion holes formed in a resin body 50 is not required. Outputs from the detecting electrodes 33, 33 are stabilized because end faces 33S, 33S of the detecting electrodes 33, 33 opposed each other are surely exposed into a measuring flow passage 26A and become flush with an inner face of the measuring flow passage 26A, and a flow rate is thereby measured stably. Further an inner circumferential face 56S of an earth ring 56R is also exposed into a measuring flow passage 26A and is made flush with the inner face of the measuring flow passage 26A.
