PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is used for microlenses and is excellent in optical characteristics such as transparency and light resistance and molding properties such as transferability and peelability, to provide a molded article which is obtained by molding the composition and is used for microlenses, and to provide an optical equipment using the molded article. SOLUTION: This resin composition for microlenses comprises 2 to 44.9 pts.mass of a rubber-containing polymer, 98 to 55.1 pts.mass of a thermoplastic polymer (herein the total amount of the rubber-containing polymer and the thermoplastic polymer is 100 pts.mass), and 0.2 to 2 pts.mass of a glyceryl fatty acid ester.
