PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boot for a universal joint suitable for a universal joint having an annular structure with a comparatively large diameter. SOLUTION: The boot 1 for a universal joint for sealing the universal joint 41 having the annular structure by covering from each of an inner peripheral side and an outer peripheral side comprises an annular inner boot 11 arranged on the inner peripheral side of the universal joint 41 for covering and sealing the universal joint 41 from the inner peripheral side, and an annular outer boot 21 for covering and sealing the universal joint 41 from the outer peripheral side. The inner boot 11 is integrally provided with a one end fixing part 13, an other end fixing part 14, and a flexible film part 15 provided between both of the fixing parts 13, 14. The outer side boot 21 is integrally provided with a one end fixing part 23, an other end fixing part 24, and a flexible film part 25 provided between both of the fixing parts 23, 24.
