PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately switch output broadcasting of a digital broadcast and an analog broadcast in good timing while making a broadcast program continuously viewable. SOLUTION: When changing over a switcher so as to selectively display out, on a display, any one of a digital TV broadcast received by a digital TV tuner and an analog TV broadcast received by an analog TV tuner, the analog TV broadcast received by the analog TV tuner is outputted after being delayed in accordance with a delay time difference between the digital TV broadcast and the analog TV broadcast. Concretely, at the time of switching from the analog TV broadcast to the digital TV broadcast, the analog TV broadcast is stored after reception, then thinned out and outputted before switching. Furthermore, at the time of switching from the digital TV broadcast to the analog TV broadcast, data of the analog TV broadcast are stored after reception, and then outputted while shortening the analog TV broadcast after switching.
