The device has a hand-held transmitter (1), and a receiver (2) that is arranged in a housing. The housing is fastened to an earpiece of an eyeglass by using a screw coupling, where an acoustic signal is released during the reception of the transmitter. A groove having 3 millimeter depth and approximately 2 millimeter breadth is arranged in a longitudinal side of the housing, where the groove is lined with rubber or plastic. An independent claim is also included for a hand-held transmitter and receiver.
