<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant alloy for an exhaust valve, which reliably has a tensile strength of 480 MPa at 900°C, has high strength at high temperatures, and further, has hot workability not degraded. <P>SOLUTION: This heat-resistant alloy is a Ni-based alloy having a composition comprising, by wt.%, 0.01-0.15% C, at most 1.0% Si, at most 1.0% Mn, 5-15% Co, 16-22% Cr, one or two elements of 4-10% Mo and 0.1-5.0% W, Mo+0.5W in an amount of 4 to 10%, 1.0-2.0% Al, 2.5-4.5% Ti, 0.001-0.05% B, 0.01-0.5% Zr, at most 0.02% P, at most 0.01% S, at most 1.0% Fe, and the balance Ni with unavoidable impurities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
