PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing bag which is obtained by improving a fishing bag having a shoulder strap, maintains the function of a shoulder pad, and can prevent the shoulder strap and the shoulder pad from hanging down by a simple structure to prevent their staining and wetting. SOLUTION: The fishing bag in which a pair of U-shaped handles and a shoulder strap having a shoulder pad are provided on the bag body is provided with a slit through which the above-mentioned U-shaped handle can be passed, in the shoulder pad, and a superposing portion along the slit. In the fishing bag in which a pair of U-shaped handles and a shoulder strap having a shoulder pad are disposed on the bag body, a pair of shoulder pad members are superposed on each other to form the shoulder pad, and the U-shaped handle is allowed to be passed between both the superposed shoulder pad members.
