<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a crushed sand manufacturing device capable of efficiently performing an grinding action, uniformly grinding a raw sand to be crushed, and reducing the filling of a grinding material for the purpose of increasing the quality of the raw sand to be crushed. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] This crushed sand manufacturing device comprises a spherical drum which of the whole is rotatable. The inside of the drum is partitioned in the rotating direction to form a mixing chamber which partly forms the spherical shape of the drum. The grinding material is put into the mixing chamber, and a rotating shaft in the mixing chamber is partitioned by a cylindrical screen to hold the grinding material in the mixing chamber. The mesh of the screen is set to such a size that allows crushed sand to freely pass therethrough and stops the passing of the grinding material therethrough, and a mixing and moving screw for moving and mixing the sand to be crushed by rotating is installed at the rotating center of the drum.</p> |
