A slot line 1 is configured with a slot 4 formed on a front surface electrode 3 on a dielectric substrate 2, and two slot lines 1 are positioned with the front surface electrodes 3 separated from one another with a gap 5 therebetween. Also, a slot resonator 6 with one end open wherein the gap 5 side is open is provided at the front edge side of each slot line 1, and these slot resonators 6 are positioned so as to be capable of coupling to one another. Further, a slot stub 8 which is branched out from the gap 5 side is provided on each front surface electrode 3. Thus, leakage of a high-frequency signal in the gap 5 can be suppressed with the slot stub 8.
