PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manifold base assembly allowing attachment of pipe joints to a manifold base and fixation of the manifold base to an installation place in a simple manner with the number of parts smaller than conventional case. SOLUTION: The manifold base 3 has fluid flow passages 8A, 8B, 8C for batch supply and for batch discharge and a valve mounting part 7 for mounting an electromagnetic valve. The plurality of pipe joints 5 and end fittings 4, 4 are attached to opposite ends 3a, 3b of the manifold base respectively. Support members for supporting the manifold base 3 to the predetermined installation place and latching members for latching the pipe joints 5 to the manifold base 3 are used in common for these end fittings 4.
