PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise cover device for a vehicle which can exhibit a noise prevention function while suppressing the deterioration of the fuel economy performance of the vehicle. SOLUTION: This device includes a cover member (61), an opening (62) formed at the vehicle rear side (61a) of the cover member (61), a lid-shaped member (63) capable of closing the opening (62), and a drive device (20) opening and closing the lid-shaped member (63).
