PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mass damper from falling off by improving the mass damper mounting structure of a constant velocity universal joint. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the mass damper 11 for the constant velocity universal joint 100 has the mass damper 11 press-fitted to the outer peripheral face of an outer member 12 of the constant velocity universal joint 100, and is equipped with an engagement structure 30 for engaging the outer member 12 and the mass damper 11 in the axial direction at the mounting position where the mass damper 11 is mounted on the outer member 12 of the constant velocity universal joint 100.
