Removable safety belt fastening

Vehicle has detachable three point seat belt (1) for assigned seat (2) whereby seat belt has seat belt strap (4) which is fastened to vehicle with fixing points (6,7,8). The first free end (9) of seat belt strap is fastened to first fixing point laterally beside the seat. The fixing point as articulated fixing point is held in a defined position by means of an energy storing mechanism.
