The cramp has a body (44) that is provided in the form of a plate with a boss (46) and a housing (48) at respective sides, where the housing is placed in the boss. The housing emerges out via a hole (49) at the level of the boss, where the hole has a shape adapted to that of a head (50) of a screw (42) for immobilizing the head in rotation. The height of the boss is equal to a height of a slot and of the order of 4 mm such that the boss constitutes a support surface for a mounting bracket. The slot has a T shape whose foot has a width less than the width of a head of the T shape.
