FIELD: hot rolling processes and equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: plant is used for rolling in the same equipment materials with different deformation capability till thickness less than 1 mm. Plant includes aggregate for continuous steel casting for making endless slabs; shears; furnace with roller type hearth; apparatus for hydraulic breaking of scale; seven-stand rolling mill. Apparatus for hydraulic breaking of scale is mounted between first and second stands of rolling mill. Cooling zone, shears and at least one unit for coiling strip are arranged in end zone of rolling mill. Continuous steel casting aggregate for making thin slabs has regulated drawing out system. At outlet of seventh stand hot rolled strip with austenite structure is produced at controlled rolling rate. First stand remains inactive or it is adjusted for finishing pass at insignificant reduction value. Inter-stand apparatus for breaking scale is used depending upon deforming capability of material for removing new scale. ^ EFFECT: possibility for controlling process of rolling different materials while keeping quality of products at low wear degree of equipment. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
