A sunroof unit of a vehicle is provided to cover a gap between a roof panel and sunroof glass in case of opening the sunroof glass. A sunroof unit of a vehicle comprises sunroof glass(4) and a sunroof gap covering unit. The sunroof glass opens/closes a sunroof hole formed in a roof panel(2) in a sliding type. The sunroof gap covering unit covers a gap between the roof panel and the sunroof glass. The sunroof gap covering unit includes a covering panel(12) hinged to the roof panel and a covering panel moving mechanism connected to the covering panel.
