FIELD: medicine, toxicology, microbiology, biology, in particular evaluation of sorbent sorption activity in relates to microbial toxins. ^ SUBSTANCE: sorbent and test-strain in presence (test) and in absence (control) of toxicant (e.g. bacterial collagenase) are preincubated at stationary conditions in broth for cell culture and then for 1 hour control and test microorganism suspension are incubated together with cell culture monolayer.
