PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sheet folded-up body capable of stably manufacturing the sheet folded-up body by folding up a sheet without applying wrinkles or damage to the sheet. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the sheet folded-up body of a sheet folding-up apparatus 1 equipped with a trapezoidal inclined guide 10, an upper vertical guide 21 having an inclined edge part 21a and the lower vertical guides 22 and 22 arranged on both sides of the vertical guide 21 in the direction crossing the feed direction of the sheet at a right angle, a strip like sheet 3 is supplied to the inclined surface 11 of the inclined guide 10 and, after the sheet 3 is bent along both side edge parts 14 and 14 of the inclined guide while fed along the inclined surface 11, it is further bent by the upper and lower vertical guides 21, 22 and 22 to obtain the sheet folded-up body 3'.
