发明名称 ROTARY-LINEAR MOTION CONVERTING MECHANISM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in converting efficiency of rotary to linear motion due to increase in torque loss even when a toppling force acts on a planetary screw roller. SOLUTION: The rotary-linear motion converting mechanism is equipped with: a screw shaft 12 having a male screw 13 on the outer peripheral face; a roller nut 15 surrounding the screw shaft 12 and having a female screw 16 on the inner peripheral face; and a plurality of the planetary screw rollers 24 interposed between the screw shaft 12 and the roller nut 15 in a state of being screwed to the male screw 13 and the female screw 16, and having each of its both ends being supported by retainers 38, 39. The mechanism also converts the rotary motion of the roller nut 15 into a linear motion of the screw shaft 12 through rotation and revolution of the planetary screw rollers 24. Each of the planetary screw rollers 24 has: a shaft 25 press-fitted to the retainers 38, 39 on both ends; and a male screw 34 screwed to the male screw 13 of the screw shaft 12 and the female screw 16 of the roller nut 15 in its outer circumference, and also is equipped with a cylindrical screw part 27 to rotate with the shaft 25 as the center.
