PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens and shutter coupling unit having coupling structure of a lens holder with a shutter unit, which achieves miniaturization and the accurate arrangement of a lens group. SOLUTION: A shutter driving part 14 for moving a shutter blade 12 and a filter driving part 15 for moving an ND filter 13 are arranged at the outer periphery part of the projecting part 16 of the lens group 4 projecting from a barrel 3. The shutter driving part 14 and the filter driving part 15 can be arranged at a position (inner periphery part) near to the optical axis of the lens group 4. The center of turning of the shutter blade 12 or the ND filter 13 can be arranged at a position near to the optical axis 4x of the lens group 4, so that the shutter blade 12 or the ND filter 13 is miniaturized and space for retreating is made small, thereby achieving the miniaturization of the shutter unit 5.
