<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual electric power user with electric power usage information for providing an objective understanding of one's own electric power usage. <P>SOLUTION: The electric power individual information generation apparatus comprises a first storage section for storing the temperature information of the location of an individual user using electric power, a second storage section for storing the electric power usage information of the individual user, and a generation section for generating individual information indicating the relationship between the temperature information of the individual user and the electric power usage information which is to be compared to reference information concerning the temperature information and the electric power usage information on the basis of the temperature information read from the first storage section and the electric power usage information read from the second storage section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
