PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve processing efficiency of task change of a data processor for executing a task with software executed on the processor and hardware dedicated to specific processing in cooperation with each other. SOLUTION: The data processor comprises a CPU 101 for sequentially executing a plurality of tasks according to the priority of the tasks, and an HW accelerator 103 for processing data with a command of the CPU 101. The HW accelerator 103 has a control section 104 that determines termination timing of the data processing, and informs the CPU 101 of processing termination of electronic data at a timing earlier than the determined termination of the processing of the electronic data.
