PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism that has excellent lignin-degrading potential, low cellulase activity and shows high processing speed. SOLUTION: The Coriolus hirsutus transformant organism supports a cellulase expression-suppressing gene and a drug-resistant gene prepared by introducing mutation into the gene relating to the drug sensitivity of Coriolus hirsutus.
