ILLICIT ACT DETECTION SERVER, SYSTEM, AND DATA PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and effectively identify the examinees who may have executed the illicit acts, by discriminating possible actions of illicit acts from action patterns of examinees.

SOLUTION: A server 300 for processing data received from a pen device 200 comprises a stroke information acquisition section 312 for acquiring stroke information which is information for actions of the pen device 200 on a space of an answer sheet on the basis of received data, a database registration section 330 for registering the stroke information action times of the pen device in database by sorting them for each examinee, and an illicit answer pattern determining section 360 for comparing the stroke information of a plurality of examinees by referring to the information registered in the database and detecting answer patterns of possible illicit acts on the basis of its similarity.
