PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out torque control of an outer shaft at a low cost, and to enable prevention of damage on a casing, a leader, a base machine, etc. caused by high torque, in a single-motor double-output type auger. SOLUTION: A soil discharging coupling of the outer shaft is made to have a double structure, and a rotary bearing or the like is inserted between the upper part and the lower part thereof in a freely slidable manner. Torque transmission is conducted via a load meter, a horizontal hydraulic cylinder (with a relief valve releasing a hydraulic pressure), etc. capable of measuring the torque. The detected torque is transmitted to a torque setting control box over the radio.
