PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil-containing vegetation base bag that is used in cultivating a plant on a folded-plate roof and more drops a conventional temperature in soil although the thickness of vegetation soil forms an extremely thin layer. SOLUTION: The vegetation base soil-packed bag for greening on a folded-plate roof is a soil-containing vegetation base bag useful in cultivating a plant on a folded-plate roof in which a net having heat-fused intersections of woven fabric and a light-shielding ratio of≥70% is used as a bag fabric on the upper side (vegetation side) of the base bag.
