PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which has good durability when repeatedly used, and hardly causes deterioration of sensitivity even in the case of using short-wavelength light, particularly light having a wavelength of 380-450 nm as exposure light. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor is obtained by stacking on a conductive support a charge generating layer and a charge transport layer in this order from the support side, and has a polyarylate resin having a specific structural unit represented by formula (1), a charge transport material and fluorine atom-containing resin fine particles in the charge transport layer.
