PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device for an ultrasonic machine with little vibration loss at a supporting part in spite of a rigid support, and having a high accuracy of tip part positioning, for supporting a deflection vibrating body. SOLUTION: This supporting device supports a flange 2 installed at a barrel part of vibration of the deflection vibrating body 1 by any one of supporting implements 3, 31, 41 and 51 deflectingly vibrating with a same resonance frequency as the deflection vibrating body 1 (resonance supporting implement).
