PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk drive which adjusts a skew and also is capable of compensating misalignment of a rotation center of the optical disk and an optical axis center of an optical pickup. SOLUTION: This optical disk drive includes: a turntable 32 arranged so as to be rotatable, whereon the optical disk is loaded; the optical pickup 33 moving to the radial direction of the optical disk which is loaded on the turntable 32, for recording/reproducing the information by irradiating the optical disk with a light; pickup shafts 41 for guiding the movement of the optical pickup 33; an adjustment means 53 for guiding the movement in the vertical direction of the pickup shafts 41 to adjust tilt of the optical pickup 33; and shaft guides 51 for guiding the movement of the pickup shafts 41 so that the pickup shafts 41 can move vertically and horizontally.
