The invention concerns a method for secure reception and writing of digital data including a step (108) of etching said digital data on a secure disc (30) by a receiver/writer (6, 28) belonging to a specific secure domain comprising a plurality of equipment items and defined by an identifier (IDD), a step of writing (108) on the secure disc (30) of the identifier (IDD) of the writer/receiver domain (6, 28) to define said domain as the only domain wherein the reproduction/copy of the multimedia content is authorized. The invention is characterized in that it includes a prior step of recovering a disc key (DK) of the secure disc (30), and in that the domain identifier (IDD) is encrypted by the disc key (DK) and the digital data are scrambled by title keys, said title keys being encrypted by said disk key. The invention also concerns a method for secure distribution of digital data, an access device and a writer/receiver.
