PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device among vehicles which can avert communication collision between vehicles, and perform multi-address transmission from a vehicle to a plurality of vehicles. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a self position detection means 1, which detects the position of own vehicle; a discrimination means 2 for discriminating whether the communication is needed between vehicles based on the position of own vehicle; and a communication means between vehicles 3 which performs communication between vehicles with another vehicle, when the discrimination means 2 for discriminating whether communication is needed between vehicles has determined that communication between vehicles is needed, and is constituted so that all the vehicles in a communication area are made to have commonly a transmission sequence table, in which the communication means between vehicles 3 grants a transmission right of communication data one by one.
